This is one of the best done addins I've ever seen. It comes with a VBScript-like (or VBA-like, for you
"Office 97"-geeks out there) customization langauge, and most of it's components are written in it.
It comes with a Code Stylist-type program, which is not quite as powerful(But comes real close!).
One of the modules, GENGHIS, automatically prompts you for a new name(and text/caption) everytime you create a new control.
The toolbars are extensible, and the macro langauge comes with many examples. All in all, this is a great product.
Pros : Excellent IDE integration, awesome macro langauge,
Cons : GENGHIS is annoying sometimes.
